Section 1

Operator and service

Closing Rank is operated by Blesho Thambi Raj, Individual, at 5/47, Azhaganparai, Manavalkurichi, Tamil Nadu 629252, India.

Closing Rank provides counselling guidance, historical data exploration, and planning tools for Indian NEET UG students and parents.

The service may include historical closing-rank trends, category/quota/state filters, document guidance, fee, bond, stipend and seat information, and AI-assisted guidance where available.

Section 2

Acceptance and eligibility

By visiting or using Closing Rank, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund, Cancellation & Digital Delivery Policy.

Users must provide accurate account, contact, counselling, payment, and support details. Students under 18 should use Closing Rank with parent or guardian involvement or consent.

Section 3

Digital access pass

The paid offer is a ₹2,500 one-time access pass for the NEET UG 2026 counselling season. It is a digital product only and is not a physical product.

Pre-launch beta / paid access opening soon. Checkout is not live on the current public website.

Closing Rank is not currently registered under GST. No GST is charged separately at this stage. If GST registration becomes applicable later, tax details and invoice wording will be updated accordingly.

Section 4

Accounts and responsibility

• Users are responsible for their login credentials, OTPs, devices, and sessions when login is available.
• Users must not share, sell, rent, transfer, or sublicense account access or paid content.
• Users must not submit false payment, refund, identity, access, or support information.
• Users must not send OTPs, passwords, card details, UPI PINs, bank passwords, CVV, or unrelated sensitive information to Closing Rank.

Section 5

No official affiliation or guarantee

Closing Rank is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to MCC, NTA, NMC, DGHS, any state counselling authority, any medical college, or any government body.

Closing Rank does not guarantee admission, seat allotment, eligibility, document approval, reporting acceptance, college reporting acceptance, or counselling outcome.

Users must verify final counselling rules, dates, allotments, reporting instructions, documents, eligibility, fees, and admission requirements from official sources.

Section 6

Data and guidance limitations

Closing Rank uses historical and published counselling data, official-source information, and guidance tools. Source documents can contain corrections, missing values, formatting issues, delays, or later changes.

If Closing Rank and an official source conflict, the official source controls. Missing values should be treated as not available, not assumed.

Section 7

Acceptable use, fair use, and no resale

• Use Closing Rank only for personal, non-commercial NEET UG counselling planning by a student and their family.
• Do not share, sell, rent, transfer, sublicense, resell, redistribute, repost, package, or commercially exploit Closing Rank access, accounts, screenshots, downloaded content, data, outputs, or compiled information.
• Do not use Closing Rank as a coaching centre, consultancy, agent, Telegram/WhatsApp group, data broker, reseller, institutional service, or commercial product unless Closing Rank gives separate written permission.
• Do not scrape, crawl, bulk download, copy, mirror, index, reverse engineer, train models on, or commercially reuse Closing Rank data, software, content, or compiled outputs without written permission.
• Do not bypass access controls, preview limits, rate limits, payment checks, device/session limits, or security controls.
• Do not use automation, credential sharing, account resale, unauthorized commercial reuse, misleading claims, impersonation, official-affiliation claims, or platform misuse.

Section 8

Content ownership and limited licence

Closing Rank owns or licenses the website design, software, compiled datasets, summaries, explanations, policy content, product experience, and brand elements, except for third-party or official-source materials owned by their respective owners.

Users receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to use Closing Rank for permitted counselling planning. Users do not receive ownership of the platform, code, datasets, design, compiled content, or product outputs.

Section 9

Suspension and termination

Closing Rank may suspend or terminate access for suspected account sharing, resale, scraping, automated abuse, payment disputes, security risk, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms.

Where practical, Closing Rank may provide notice or an opportunity to contact support, but immediate action may be taken to protect users, data, legal compliance, or service reliability.

Section 10

Refunds, privacy, and digital delivery

Refunds, cancellations, digital access delivery, and no-shipping terms are governed by the Refund, Cancellation & Digital Delivery Policy.

Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy.

Section 11

Jurisdiction and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law and consumer protection requirements, disputes may be handled by courts or forums having jurisdiction in Tamil Nadu, India.
